Health Work International Project
The project aims to contribute to the development of Occupational Nursing and Occupational Health, promoting health and preventing disease in the workplace and disseminating scientific knowledge.
Host Unit
Objectives
- To continue the INT-SO project;
- To deepen the knowledge about dimensions of work contexts and workers’ health;
- To identify and propose strategies for occupational health that can be implemented in proposals for intervention programmes;
- To contribute to the adoption of professional and training standards promoting the continuity and consistency of the practice of occupational nursing;
- To contribute to the empowerment of occupational nurses and healthy and safe workplaces;
- To develop technologies that enhance and support undergraduate and postgraduate students learning in occupational health;
- To develop technologies that enhance and support the area of occupational health;
- To develop comparative studies in different work contexts and countries;
- To promote the exchange of researchers and students from the countries involved.
