How to apply
For a mobility (exchange) to be formally considered and recognized by the Nursing School of Porto, whether for study or internship, the student must meet all our application deadlines and procedures in advance.
Please be advised that an online nomination and / or submission of an application does not automatically guarantee the student acceptance. All applications are subject to review and decision. No applicant should buy travel, provide accommodation or travel to Porto without first being accepted for mobility.
All ESEP mobility applications, whether for study or internship, must be submitted on the online platform. Therefore, except in the exceptional circumstances required by ESEP, application documents should not be sent by post or by e-mail.
Your home institution is responsible for submitting the ESEP application form in accordance with the interinstitutional agreement and the current ESEP rules of procedure.
What documents are required for the application?
In order to be able to fill out the application form more easily and effectively, we recommend that before you start filling in the application, the student prepares the information with the mobility officer at his / her University and organizes the necessary personal documentation and academic record. for the submission of the application.
Please note that an application is only completed after all required documents have been uploaded. To complete your application, you must upload the following required documents in a single file:
- 1 recent passport size photograph;
- 1 copy of passport (valid passport) or identification card;
- School History / Transcript of Records, with the subjects and their notes. ATTENTION: It is not the curriculum vitae, but the transcript issued by the Brazilian University of origin;
- Other documents (optional): CV, Letter (s) of Motivation and / or Recommendation.
